Description:
The royal palm is a large, very ornamental tropical palm, which can also grow in the subtropics. It is able to withstand periods of brief frosts of the order of -2°C.

The Cuban royal palm has a robust trunk thickened at the base and in the middle, tapering towards the apical rim (leaves).

The leaves, intense green, measure between 3 and 5 meters. In summer, white and yellow flowers bloom in panicles 50 centimeters to 1 meter long.

Cuba’s emblematic tree, it is considered one of the most beautiful palm trees in the world.
