Description:

Eucalyptus niphophila owes its ornamental appeal to its foliage and bark. Indeed, its bluish green leaves, very elongated and thick in shape, give it its original silhouette. Its bark is also decorative with its shreds in shades of grey, green and cream, constantly peeling off.

Tree very resistant to cold, it has a spreading and bushy habit. It produces twigs covered with a white waxy bloom, glaucous shoots, umbels of white flowers in May-June.

To be grown as an ornamental tree, these leaves give off a pleasant smell when crushed.
