Description:
Musella lasiocarpa is a rare plant that is grown for its beautiful golden yellow flowers. Blooming at the end of the trunk, they can last 9 months there.

The plant, a cousin of banana trees, produces similar green-grey foliage.

This plant will bloom in any climate, from cool tropical to temperate, where its underground rhizome will survive cold winters.

From an early age the rhyzome produces numerous shoots. Fast growing, it requires a lot of watering, fertilizer (in winter) and exposure to full sun.
