Description:

Roselle is a fast growing plant that can reach 3 meters in height. It grows in good soil and temperature conditions about thirty centimeters per month.

It offers superb flowers (with a diameter of 10cm) whose heart is purple and the petals (5) have a gradient ranging from pink to yellow. Flowering occurs 6-8 weeks after the plant begins to grow.

This plant offers an aspect of lightness and finesse due to its deciduous foliage composed of fine lanceolate green leaves*.

This plant cannot stand the cold and dies below 10°C. Its indoor cultivation in temperate zones is therefore essential. Grown in pots, it can find its place outdoors during the hottest months.

This hibiscus can grow in poor soil but rich soil will promote much faster growth.

*leaf which has the shape of a spearhead.
