Description:

Coffea arabica is an evergreen plant, the leaves are oval and shiny.

The Arabian coffee tree offers a beautiful white bloom blooming in bouquets of 5 to 10 small fragrant flowers, their fragrance resembling that of jasmine.

The flowers are followed by small red berries turning black and containing two small seeds (coffee beans), the fruit is called cherry, drupe or berry.

This plant measures up to 8 meters in its natural environment. Its cultivation is possible in an apartment, in a hot greenhouse or in a veranda for example.

The plant needs a lot of light to grow properly, but in indoor cultivation it will not exceed 1 meter.
