Description:

Brugmansia suaveolens pink is a small evergreen shrub with very rapid growth and very spectacular pink flowering. Its habit is erect and bushy. It bears grey-green, wide and oval leaves (15 to 20cm) with a velvety appearance.

From May until frost large pink flowers 30 cm long appear. They have the characteristic shape of a trumpet, hanging and have 5 lobes.

The brugmansia is very decorative wherever it is. In summer, a stay outside is highly recommended. Place it in the sun, preferably protected from the wind. Brugmansia is a good conservatory plant because it needs sun all year round and some cooling in winter. Brugmansia will live for many years if overwintered in a cool place like a basement or garage. In the ground, the stump can resist down to -10°C and restart in the spring of the following year, mulching on the surface will guarantee its recovery.

All parts of the plant are highly toxic by ingestion. Watch out for children
