Description:
The heliconias are all more beautiful than the others. This spathocircinata variety reaches a height of 1.50 meters, these leaves resemble those of banana trees.

Its inflorescence produces several bracts of yellow flowers.

Although it is possible, in hot and humid regions, to grow it in the ground in the garden, it is preferable to grow it in a pot and bring it indoors for the winter.

In temperate climates, flowering extends from May to August and even all year round in good conditions, such as in a heated veranda.
