Very widespread plant in its area of origin of the Himalayas and extending to the south of China, it produces a greenish inflorescence tinged with purple which gives rise to a very long point. The plant produces only one deeply lobed leaf.
The foliage is deciduous, the plant hibernates in rhizomatous form which allows it to withstand very strong frosts.
In order to make the most of this plant, it is important to provide it with moist, draining soil and a sunny position in partial shade.
This Arisaema grows well and does not require maintenance.
